Organic Cane Sugar is made from organic sugar cane. Organic Cane Sugar can be used for foods similar to Crystal Sugar. It is in particular suitable for the production of confectionery, pastries, jams, marmalades and jellies, ice cream, dairy products, desserts and others. SÜDZUCKER guarantees that Organic Cane Sugar light and its packaging complies with the relevant provisions of the German and European Food Law, particularly the German “Lebensmittel- und Futtermittelgesetzbuch (LFGB)” and the European Regulation (EC) No 178/ 2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, especially with the Council Directive on the approximation of the laws of the Member States concerning certain sugars intended for human consumption (73/437/EEC). Organic cane sugar has been produced in accordance with the principles of organic production laid down in Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 889/2008. Its organic production is subject to control by independent control agencies.
Please note that deliveries are carried out with a truck with semi-trailer weighing up to 40 tons. It is necessary to have a ramp that allows unloading. Any additional information or deviations on the delivery should be placed in the remark field during the checkout process for placing an order, otherwise the delivery may fail!
